Good news, bad news..

Working as usual today.

Good news - my patient's menstrual problems resolved after shedding a few kgs.

Happy for her. She doesn't require anymore follow up. Her hard work pays off.

Bad news - I found out a young patient has breast cancer. She came to me (by mistake - she s supposed to see a breast surgeon for breast related problem) wanting a breast check up. She had breast pain and noticed a lump. I requested for a breast ultrasound scan for her and referred her to a breast surgeon. She had a biopsy of the breast lump and the result ....... Breast cancer 😔..

She's only 27...

I really hope she will pull through this hardship. Praying the best for her 🤲🏻.
